Shipping:
All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by ArabicWay Unless otherwise specified by the customer, and agreed upon by ArabicWay, prior to the date of shipment, Canada Post, or others shipping company. Canada Post are the preferred method of shipment except in cases of oversized merchandise requiring the use of common carriers.
Note 1 :
Please note that there is no a tracking number, even there is no insurance on the following kind of shipping :
Regular, Small Packets Air (up to 2 weeks) or Small Packets Surface (2 to 4 weeks).
Note 2 :
On the following kind of shipping : Purolator International, Priority Courier, Xpresspost USA, Expedited US Commercial,
Expedited, we can provide a tracking number to track your parcel.
For USA, the best quality price is Expedited US Commercial. For Canada, it is the Expedited.
Shipping Damage:
After inspecting the damaged merchandise, the carrier will determine whether to pay for the repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods. The replacement value is an arbitrary amount that can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of a disagreement. All disputes as to the settlement amount or the manner in which it was negotiated should be addressed with the carrier. ArabicWay under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for any settlement of claims with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.
Shipping Costs:
All Shipping & Handling Costs are only for the North America. Shipping & Handling charges will be combined on orders of more than one item. The more products you order, the more you SAVE on shipping & handling costs. We reserve the right to change any and all shipping & handling charges and delivery methods at any time.
Returns:
All orders Cannot be Returned and are Non-Refundable!
Full refund of the purchase price is only given for wrong products sent in error. All returns shall be shipped prepaid. Any returns sent shipping collect will be refused and returned at the purchasers expense. All returned items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is damaged. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for their own protection, since neither ArabicWay nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged in transit to ArabicWay until the settlement of the claim with carrier. |
